Dart Chart Systems L.L.C. was founded in 1997 by Dr. Linda Kunz, PhD, and Bernard Hoffman, EMBA, CPA. Dart Chart Systems is a premium innovator and supplier of web based documentation, data analysis, and advanced reimbursement technologies for the Long Term Care Industry.
Dart Chart Systems mission is dedicated to providing documentation and reimbursement technology to Long Term Care providers to achieve optimal reimbursement and enable ''best practices" though training, consulting, and pro-active documentation and data analysis completed in real time prior to billing.
Our team consists of seasoned professionals in the areas of medical sciences, financial management, business development, operations support, customer service, and technology. We are a national company with customers ranging from single facility private operations to large multi-facility chains, both non-profit and for profit.
