Client Support

We are seeking quality individuals with professional phone skills for our client support division.  Must become proficient to work at the highest level of all aspects of the company’s applications and services that we provide for our customers. Must have excellent Microsoft Suite skills. Must be a fast learner and willing to train in various departments.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Being a sole contact for a group of our customers.
  • Receive, run and send reports requests for our customers.
  • Census management.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may occur.
  • Other duties will be assigned.

Must have one plus year of solid, diverse work history in a business environment. Previous customer service experience and some leadership experience are desirable. Must have an upbeat attitude. Will train the right candidate.
