Dart Chart Training
Training and staff support are the cornerstone to successful implementation of any long term care program within a campus or facility. The Dart Chart education team is dedicated to working with all members of staff, having knowledge and experience in the field of long term care and the sometimes challenging needs of individual staff members. The Nurse Consultant team provides a wealth of experience in long term care management and a proven track record in facility problem resolution and the process of fostering change.
The training program is designed to address all levels of staff ability and recognizes the limitations of time and individual staff availability.
On site class training time is flexible and adjusted to facility needs. One on one staff training on all working shifts is a routine component of the Dart Chart training process. Additional classes can also be accessed on the Internet through our WebEx training program.
The Dart Chart training and education team is on call to corroborate with facility staff to ensure that the Dart process has integrity and credibility at all points.
